  • No holes, stains, or excessive wear​

  • Proper fit that supports safe job performance​

REPRESENT THE BRAND. Wear approved items that present a consistent TransWest image.

  • TransWest-branded shirts/polos, jackets and hats required​

  • Shirts must fit appropriately and keep midsection covered​

  • Approved headwear only: TransWest-branded, or solidblack, white, or grey hats at Manager's discretion​

  • Items should be clean, neat, and professional


IMPECCABLE STANDARDS. Maintain a consistent, professional uniform that signalsexcellence and attention to detail.

  • ​​Black pants or slacks required; clean and properly fitted;not too baggy or too tight​

  • No sweatpants, yoga pants, fading or ripped pants​

  • Approved solid black, knee-length shorts allowed atmanager discretion


DEPENDABLE FOOTWEAR. Protect yourself while maintaining a professional appearance.

  • Black, safety-rated shoes required​

  • Closed-toe and closed-heel​

  • Slip-resistant for driving and all weather conditions​

  • Appropriate for active work environments


EXCELLENT GROOMING. Support a comfortable, respectful environment for guests.

  • ​​​Daily personal hygiene required​

  • Antiperspirant deodorant strongly encouraged​

  • Conservative use of perfume or cologne (should not linger)​​

  • Tattoos perceived as offensive must be covered during business hours​

  • Appearance should never distract from the guest experience
